Andrew T. Cobb, PhD
With over 27 years technology experience, Dr. Andy Cobb has held the positions of VP of Technology for a web development firm, Manager of Web Architecture at a Fortune 500 company and Assistant Professor at both Purdue University and the University of Louisville. As the President and CEO of AC Forensics, Dr. Cobb has served as a consultant on hundreds of electronic discovery matters, provided expert testimony on various Computer Forensics matters in Federal and State Courts, given several talks related to electronic discovery, published numerous technology journal articles, and developed strict procedures used during forensic collections and analysis to ensure accuracy, verifiability and repeatability. In addition to his work in Computer Forensics, Dr. Cobb has developed a patent-pending encryption-based digital duplication product, BlackBox, which is designed to allow an untrained user to perform data collection. In 2010, Dr. Cobb and two colleagues at the University of Louisville were the recipients of the award for Best Article in Internal Auditor magazine for their article on document retention policies.

Jason Hale, CCE, ACE
Mr. Hale has been performing forensic collections, complex data recovery and forensic analysis for criminal and civil litigation matters for the past three years. He holds the Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) certification from the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE)
as well as the AccessData Certified Examiner Certification, and has been involved in over 100 forensic examinations, regularly working with
both plaintiff and defense counsel to analyze and dissect findings related to
electronically stored information (ESI).

Mr. Osborn is an expert in legal document services. He has spent the last 10 years producing quality products, whether they be indexed document images, electronic data or specialized exhibits for trial.
